Nobody here does a full working week for free. The model works because a lot of people give a little, on a schedule they can keep.

One hour a month, six months

Mentor

Take one person through a mentorship round in your own sector. Structured — you get the session plan, the questions and a coordinator.

  • Five or more years in an Irish workplace
  • Willing to do one intro to your network
  • Garda vetting for anyone working with under-18s

Two evenings a quarter

CV & interview volunteer

Sit on an audit clinic or a mock interview panel. Recruiters, hiring managers and anyone who has run a real interview loop.

  • Hiring or recruiting experience
  • Comfortable giving direct written feedback

Green action volunteer

Community greening, the food surplus route and hub logistics. No professional background needed — just turn up.

  • Over 18
  • Able to get to Cork or Dublin
